Fundraising

We are extremely grateful that our children attend one of Colorado’s best public middle schools, and we are fortunate that Boulder County voters support our schools to a great degree when compared to other districts. Despite this, our school experiences a shortfall between what we need to keep Manhattan exceptional and what we receive in public funding.  

The PTO helps bridge this gap in a couple of key ways:

• Magic Phoenix Campaign

• King Soopers Community Rewards Program 

• Community Dinners

• School Swag

Funds are primarily used for: 

• Teacher stipends to enhance curricular materials and the educational experience

• Winter giving to help support Manhattan families in need. 

• Community building events for our school population

• Ongoing acts of teacher appreciation
